Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RusorAgentAI platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RusorAgentAI.

By creating an account, purchasing tokens, or otherwise using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

RusorAgentAI provides AI-powered development services through a token-based access model. Our platform integrates advanced language models including Claude Opus 4.6 by Anthropic, GLM 5.1, GPT-5 by OpenAI, and Gemini 2.5 Pro by Google to assist users with code generation, application development, and related tasks.

The Service includes access to AI agents, code generation tools, project management features, and other development utilities as described on our platform. Features and available models may change over time as we improve the Service.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and use the Service.

4. Token Purchases

Access to AI capabilities is provided through a token-based system. The following terms apply to token purchases:

  • Tokens are digital goods purchased through Tribute (Telegram's marketplace) or other payment methods as available
  • Token prices are displayed at the time of purchase and are subject to change
  • Tokens are non-refundable once used for AI generation requests
  • Unused tokens remain in your account balance indefinitely unless the account is terminated
  • We reserve the right to modify token pricing with reasonable notice to users

Token consumption varies based on the AI model used, the complexity of the request, and the length of input and output text.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Engage in any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activity
  • Generate malicious code, malware, or content designed to harm others
  • Abuse, exploit, or circumvent AI model safety measures
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models or algorithms
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without authorization
  • Overload or disrupt the Service infrastructure
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Violate the intellectual property rights of others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service, including generated code and applications. By using the Service, you grant RusorAgentAI a limited license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

The RusorAgentAI platform, including its design, branding, software, and documentation, remains the exclusive property of RusorAgentAI. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. RusorAgentAI does not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • Generated code will be free of bugs or vulnerabilities
  • Results will meet your specific requirements

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RusorAgentAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service
  • Your use poses a security risk to the platform or other users
  • We are required to do so by law
  • Your account has been inactive for an extended period

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify users through the platform or via email. Your continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed about our policies.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
